Festival of the Trees at the Orlando Museum of Art
Monday, November 17 at 10 am
Join the Garden Hoes Interest Group for the Festival of Trees at the Orlando Museum of Art on Monday, November 17 at 10 am. After viewing the exhibits, they will be having lunch at the Museum Cafe. Tickets for seniors are $12 and parking is $7. The Festival of Trees runs from November 15 to November 23. You can purchase tickets at the Museum or on Eventbrite at A Season of Celebration – General Admission Tickets, Multiple Dates | Eventbrite. UCF First Lady’s Holiday Gathering
Tuesday, December 9 from 10:00 – 11:30 am
On behalf of Melinda K. Cartwright, all Women’s Club at UCF members are invited to the First Lady’s Holiday Gathering at the Burnett House on Tuesday, December 9, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. This cherished annual tradition brings together members of the UCF community and friends whose generosity and leadership strengthen the university’s mission. The gathering offers a warm and festive opportunity to connect and celebrate the season with those who make UCF such a special place. Light refreshments, coffee, and tea will be served. Donations to Knights Pantry will be accepted to support UCF students in need. Please RSVP online by Monday, December 1. Festive holiday attire is encouraged.

Cookie Bakers get ready! It’s time for the Women’s Club at UCF Holiday Cookie Exchange Thursday, December 11, 2025 from 6-8 pm at the home of Ranetta Guinn, 4555 Saddleworth Circle in Orlando. Please RSVP to Ranetta by December 8th by email to ranettag@outlook.com or text 407-625-4626. Please bring 4 dozen of your favorite home-baked cookies. Take cookies home to share with family and friends. Remember to bring cookies on a serving platter and a container for taking cookies home. If you would like to bring an appetizer or bottle of wine to share, please let Ranetta know.
